Casper

I have thought about it.  I think I will take the offer, but I can't tell Henry.  You can't either.  I want it to be a surprise when I undo the spell.  He he!  Ok.  I will meet with the Shadow Lord tonight.  At midnight.  'o one.  That's right, I will be late by one whole minute!  More posts later.  I have to go.  It's lunch time.

Henry

That's it!  I've given up!  I can't find out what's wrong with my brother.  Honestly, he is harder to read than my father's writing:  Casper and Henry are awesome.    Isn't that hard to read?  I'm not sure what is wrong with Casper, but I need to find out.  Oh, by the way, I won't be writing as often as usual.  Too much thinking to do.

Casper

"I am giving you the chance to be the new Shadow Lord."  I shook my head.  "Why would I become my own enemy?"  I asked.  The Shadow Lord replied, "I am growing old, almost two-hundred years old.  I have no children of my own.  You could break my spell.  Think about it."  I just couldn't get that out of my head.  Over and over it plays in my head, blocking any other sounds.  I think Henry thinks I am getting deaf, too.  It seems crazy, but I think I might take him up on his little offer.  I mean, if I become the new shadow lord, I could break the spell and get to wear a cape!  This is the cool part:  YOU get to decide for me!  Please comment on this post to give me ideas.

Henry

Where is Casper!  I thought as I paced around in the dining room.  He had been gone for hours!  Then, all of a sudden, Casper came into the room.  "Casper!  Where have you been?"  I asked.  He looked at me and replied, "No where.  I'm tired.  Good night."  That was strangely out of character.  Also, he seemed to have a strangely dark and eerie shadow.  I think I'll sleep on the matter.

Casper

Today was surprisingly peaceful!  I walked outside and got hit on the head with a rock, then after lunch I got hit with a noodle, and then I got hit with a note that read:  Come to the forrest at midnight.  I will be able to help you.  Come alone.
I did not like this letter, and after Henry read it to me, he said, "Don't go, Casper.  It is a trap, I'm sure."  I tried to listen to him, but my curiosity got the better of me.  At midnight, I got out of bed and went to the forrest.  I have a very good sense of direction, by the way.  I also have wonderful hearing.  Back to the story, Casper.  So anyways, I heard the footsteps of the mysterious person coming closer.  It suddenly got colder.  A raspy voice said, "I see you came, Prince Casper."  I turned to the voice.  "Yes, and alone.  Now, what did you want to talk about?"  I said.  The person laughed, "I did not really plan on talking too much.  I am here to make an offer.  I am giving you the chance to be the new Shadow Lord."  I shook my head.  "Why would I become my own enemy?"  I asked.  The Shadow Lord replied, "I am growing old, almost two-hundred years old.  I have no children of my own.  You could break my spell.  Think about it."

Henry's Story

Well, I'm sure my brother, Casper, has told you about the darkness and such.  That is so like him!  He always sees the world as a darkness, for he is blind.  If you want to see the whole story on that, please click this link:  http://tlcstudent.com/marya/TheTwoPrinces2.html
Anyways, I want to tell you about the good parts of Sycelenia.  Every summer, all the creatures and people gather in the forrest and have a party.  We still do it, but in a more secret location.  I am also sure Casper told you about the Shadow Lord.  Well, he has kept the whole country in darkness.  I got shivers just thinking about it!  Did you?  I think you did.  Anyway, I think that's all I have to say, for now.  The real story begins soon.

Welcome

Ok.  This blog will tell you a story told by two people; Casper and Henry.  If you have any ideas, please tell me your e-mail and I will look at them and maybe put it in one of my posts.

Casper's story

My name is Prince Casper and I would like to tell you the story of my country, Sycelenia.  It's usually peaceful, but some how it has been, well, not.  The sky is dark and cloudy, and all the trees have died.  It is depressing, but I don't know why.  I have a hunch, though.  I believe that I know who did this to my country.  The Shadow Lord has always been against me, and he has the power to do these things.  My brother, Prince Henry, agrees.  I will tell you all more later, if we live that long.
